Troubleshooting and FAQs Q: Why is the screen blank after I complete the installation? A: It may be that the power supply is insufficient. Please charge the timer for 10 minutes, then press Reset to start programming.
Q: After completing the programming, why does the device not turn on and off as programmed? A: Possible reasons include: 1. The timer is in manual mode, 2. The Random and DST functions are active, 3. Programming was not set correctly, or 4. Multiple programs on the timer are conflicting or overlapping.
